Why is it important to test the water of your pool or hot tub?

Good maintenance starts with balanced water. By regularly testing pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and hardness, you avoid skin irritation, red eyes, unpleasant odors... and even unwanted bacteria! Poorly maintained water can also seriously damage your equipment—filters, pumps, surfaces—everything’s at risk. Testing your water keeps your pool or hot tub clean, safe, and enjoyable to use all summer long and beyond.
In short: clear, healthy water means peace of mind.
