Return and Exchange Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise under the conditions listed in the "General Conditions" section.


Depending on your situation, a return or exchange will be authorized if the following cumulative conditions are met:

If these conditions are met, Club Piscine Super Fitness will proceed to an exchange or a refund within a maximum of 5 working days following the reception of the product. Shipping and assembly fees are not refundable or exchangeable. A 15% administration fee is applicable for all types of returns.

No refund or exchange on the following items:


Club Piscine Super Fitness will accept returns on any product with a manufacturing defect that is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. The product may be repaired or replaced in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.


There are several options available to you. Please refer to the paragraph that applies to your situation.

Product Purchased in a Store

Go to the store where you purchased the product and make sure you respect the "General Conditions" mentioned above. You must also provide the original invoice.

Product Purchased Online

A return number must be issued by customer service before proceeding with a return.

Via customer service

You can call the number on your purchase confirmation and on your product packaging and a customer service agent will be happy to guide you through the process.

You can also write to us at [email protected]. Please note that only items purchased online will be processed via this e-mail address.

Via your online customer account

Once logged into your customer’s account, click on the login icon click on "View Orders" and click on "Start Return". Then simply follow the steps to initiate the return of one or more products from your order.

No returns of products purchased online will be accepted in store.

Once the merchandise purchased online has been received by the warehouse, you will receive an email with the details of the refund you have been granted.


We make every effort to get orders out of our warehouse as quickly as possible. If your order does not ship, you can cancel it at no charge. To do so, log in to your customer’s account. Click on "View Orders" and then click on the "Cancel Order" button.

If your order is in transit, but has not yet been delivered, you can also cancel it by following the same process. The shipping fees will not be refundable and you will be charged a 15% administration fee.

Club Piscine Super Fitness reserves the right to cancel a web purchase at any time before the item is shipped without notice.
