The manufacturer of this cleaner warrants this cleaner against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the equipment used to operate this cleaner is not compatible, or due to improper installation or use. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, the cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.

Good product having used it for years. However, I am now on my third one as the wheel supports are fragile and break. And tried everything to repair to no avail. Had this happen twice now. Also, gets stuck under ladder (and if it stays there, it eats the rubber tracks and have to replace them), does not do steps, adds much resistance to suction (I run a 2HP pump) and gets stuck if you have some liner folds. But still, it does a great job and that is why I keep buying it reluctantly.
That is an amazing machine can't believe how efficient it is and thorough in cleaning
The skimmer itself works great. It saves a ton of work over manually cleaning the pool. However, the hose is absoloute crap. The twist lock system is good in concept, but we have owned this for one season and the ends of the hose sections are all cracking in the same place. I reached out to Poolsuppliescanada and they advised me to contact Zodaic, which I did, and they did not respond. Not too impressed with the customer service at Zodiac on this issue. I would have no problem buying a new hose, but every section is around $20 a piece. Not happening.
I love it money well spent does a great job on the sides also
This is my second one...good product, works fine..it does not scrub the pool liner, but will pick up all sorts of little debris...i think if you are looking for a pool cleaner, you should get used to the fact they are good for about 4 years...just accept that and shell out the $, sit back, and relax.
Excellent product! Best pool purchase of the season. It works like a charm. My only issue is that the Quick Connect coupling is easily damaged. I need to order a couple so that I'll have a spare. Despite this, I would definitely recommend the Zodiac MX8 to anyone looking to simplify cleaning their pool.
Quick and efficient, and affordable to boot!! Really love this unit would buy another one without hesitation.
My kids bought this cleaner for me last fathers day and I really like 2 things about it. It cleans the entire pool even did the walls and steps. Plus it was so easy to use I now leave the cleaning up to the teenagers :)
