Warranty Coverage: Swimline Floats and Loungers come with an 30 Day Limited Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer warrants this float/lounger to be free of defects in the seam. Separation of the seam is considered a manufacturing defect. Tears, punctures, pattern loss and colour fading are not a manufacturing defect, thus not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Start a Warranty Claim:To begin a claim please email [email protected] with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your Swimline Float/Lounger and include a brief explanation of what occurred.
I purchased two of these loungers. They were great except for the fabric and stitching on the sling has completely deteriorated. I stored them inside and only used them only about 8 times and they are now scrap. What a shame and waste of money. With a 30-day warranty, they are obviously intended as a disposable, one season lounger.
I bought two SunChaser padded luxury loungers. What a huge mistake. The trim fabric that covers the seams is literally rotting away into powder. We've had these loungers for less than a month. If you want another perspective on the quality of this product, look at the buyer reviews on Amazon. This is the first negative experience I have had with you. I'll post an update once they respond to my warranty claim.
