The Ricardo pizza oven reaches a temperature of over 420°C (800°F) in just 20 minutes. Constructed of double-walled stainless steel that retains heat for fast, even cooking, the oven bakes fresh pizza in less than 3 minutes. It includes a 33.65 cm square cordierite pizza stone that absorbs excess moisture from the dough for crispy results. The pizza oven is gas powered, with a side control knob for easy ignition and temperature control. It can also be used to cook meat, fish and roasted vegetables.
