Product Warranty: 5 Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty
Warranty Coverage: GLI Solar Reel Bases come with a 5 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty on parts. The manufacturer warrants their solar reel bases against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the solar reel base becomes damaged as a result of improper installation or use. Warranty does not cover labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Start a Warranty Claim:To begin a claim please email [email protected] with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your GLI Solar Reel Base and include a brief explanation of what occurred.
Roller is very thin and bows in the Center with very little weight. Plastic roller bearings are rough. My guess will only last 2 seasons?
It’s ok a bit light the wind blow it in the pool . Once this summer. Takes a long time to set up then I thought
Just perfect
Not a very strong roller system and not up to the job of rolling my heavy solar blanket on a 20 foot wide roller. Lots of sag. Will have to try to sell to someone who has a smaller or lighter blanket and will purchase a Rocky's system. Resin base is not strong.
