The Polaris general purpose / leaf canister is the perfect addition to your Polaris Sport robotic cleaner. Capturing and storing leaves and larger debris, this canister is easy to empty and maintain. This Polaris canister filters down to 120-130 microns, keeping your pool clean and swim-ready.
Warranty Coverage: Polaris Accessories come with a 30 Day Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. The manufacturer warrants their accessories against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the accessory becomes damaged as a result of improper installation or use. This warranty does not cover labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Pool cleaners are designed for maintenance use, not for large clean-ups like opening a pool. Pool cleaners are capable of removing debris, e.g., leaves and dirt. Algae removal is not an intended use.
Works great to get all the fine particles off the bottom of the pool. Here’s why I gave it 3 stars. We used less than 1/2 a summer and stored the filter in our garage for the winter and there are 3 tears in the screen. Paying $90 for something that is used 1/2 a summer, 1/2 the time since we use the other filter more often I would expect better quality. I’ve duct taped the tears hoping that it’ll still work decently. 30 day warranty isn’t enough.
This is exactly what I need! Glad it is available.

Worked well at getting fine particles from the pool. One thing to note is the very fine particles clog the mesh screen, making the pool cleaner heavy to lift out of the pool and the cleaner usually won't automatically come to the surface due to the extra weight of the water; however, you do get a super clean pool.
