Easy Operation
Easy to use and operate, all you do is take it out of the box, plug it in and you're ready to go with no additional tools required. It's even equipped with a convenient shut-off function, automatically powering down at the end of its three hour cleaning cycle. Utilizing its on-board smart computer, it calculates the size of your pool to a programmed energy efficient cleaning pattern for a spotless clean pool…every time. This advanced portable cleaner brushes and scrubs while it vacuums reaching everywhere in your pool including the bottom, sides and steps. It also features an easy to clean reinforced cartridge element, which means no more bag; yet another eco-friendly attribute. As an additional safety measure, all TigerShark's feature a 24 DC volt, energy efficient motor.
Exclusive Hayward TigerShark Quick Clean Mode
The Exclusive Quick Clean (QC) Mode gives you the option of cleaning the entire pool floor in a fraction of the normal cleaner time. This means if you are in need of a quick clean before company comes or you are going away on vacation, just hit the QC button to trigger the quick cleaning mode.

Warranty Coverage: Hayward Robotic Pool Cleaners come with a 1 Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty. The manufacturer of this cleaner warrants this cleaner against defects on workmanship and materials. This warranty will be void if the equipment used to operate this cleaner is not compatible, or due to improper installation or use. Warranty does not cover the cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.
Start a Warranty Claim:To begin a claim please email [email protected] with a photo showing the defect(s)/damage to your Hayward Robotic Pool Cleaner and include a brief explanation of what occurred.
Pool cleaners are designed for maintenance use, not for large clean-ups like opening a pool. Pool cleaners are capable of removing debris, e.g., leaves and dirt. Algae removal is not an intended use.
I love this pool cleaner! It got us through the horrible caterpillar year and has worked well for three years since then. I have never once hooked up the suction vac since I bought this. The handle broke in year 4 and I bought the replacement at this site, it works perfectly again. Still on my second set of filters.
J'ai fait beaucoup de recherches avant que mon choix s'arrête sur ce robot nettoyeur. Je l'utilise depuis le début de la saison et honnêtement je l'adore! En 90 minutes je retrouve la piscine tout propre. J'hésitais à croire qu'il montait les mûr et faisait la ligne d'eau, mais oui il le fait et très bien! Il est vraiment à la hauteur de mes attentes et je le recommande!! Nettoyage rapide et efficace et les filtres retiennent bien poussière et débris.
I had high hopes for an expensive Hayward robotic pool cleaner. After reading tons of reviews, the Hayward Tigershark seem to come out on top as one of the best robotic pool cleaners of 2020/2021. We used it once on a full cycle. It cleaned well, although it missed some corners on the shallow end so we ran it again for another cycle (our pool is an in-ground 16 by 32). It still missed these spots so we just called it a day. When cleaning the filter after the first use we found some loose screws rolling around in the cavity of the device. Weary of this, we contacted customer service and they got us a replacement Tigershark from Hayward since it was under warranty. The return process was really easy and the new Tigershark arrived quickly. For a few weeks the replacement device was working fine. Recently, the Tigershark would mis-calculate the water line, climb too high, roll back and take in lots of air. We rotated the blue floater handle weekly as per the instructions and used the thrust restrictor plate to stop if from taking in air from climbing the walls too high above the water line. Still the problem persisted. Frustrated, we contacted customer service indicating that we wanted to return the device. We are returning the Tigershark for a full refund and will be purchasing a Polaris. I am very disappointed in the TIgershark. Luckily, the customer service here is great and made the entire process easy. Maybe we just had bad luck with Hayward but I would not recommend this robotic pool cleaner.
