Love these stairs for our above ground pool. When it was delivered it didn’t come with everything needed so we had to modify it ourselves. I think it was returned before and sold to us . Didn’t want the headache of returning so we just did the adjustments ourselves. So just be careful when you receive the product to go through it asap in case you run into this issue. Other than that tho love the stairs.
Stainless steel attaching screws rusting discoloring the steps
Didn't set them up yet but delivered fast and looks good in the box will give better rating when in the pool

These stairs replaced the standard 3 step pool ladder that we have had for years. We purchased these mainly for our grandkids and our kids dogs but I will admit that we will probably enjoy the easier in-and-out access as well. Assembly was very straightforward and the instructions were clear. I put it together myself in approximately 35 - 45 minutes. However, when we slid the stairs into the pool we were surprised to see that the two deck brackets attached to the top of the the stairs were suspended 3" above the deck even at their lowest setting. We were a little dismayed to discover that because we have a 30' x 15' rectangular "on-ground" pool (which has both a 42" shallow end and a 5' deep end) our shallow end does not meet the minimum depth of 48" which is standard for most above ground pools. So, in order to securely anchor the deck brackets to our deck I had to build a 3" high deck step using deck boards. I wish I could post some photos for this review so you can more clearly see the end result. So make sure that your pool depth falls within the 48" to 52" range as stated in the product description or you will find yourself having to do some additional work to make these stairs work. Otherwise, we are happy with the stairs and look forward to using them as soon as the weather gets warmer.
We have these stairs and have used them for over 3 years and find them excellent construction and easy to assemble. However a crack has appeared on the top surface of the second from bottom step and the crack extends thru to the stiffener underneath.. We are wondering if the manufacturer has a fix or a suggestion on a fix so this excellent pool component may stay in service. thank you
VERY pleased with these. 52" pool, you will need the weighted sand, and once mounted they feel like they're rock solid. We purchased them so our Standard Poodles could enter and exit with ease AND they like to sit on top stair. Straightforward construction and 95% clear instructions. YES, we're happy with our purchase and P S C. D & D
