This warranty will be void if the cover is damaged as a result of improper installation or use. Warranty does not cover punctures, tears, excessive abrasion, pest damage or chemical damage. Warranty also does not cover any labour charges, cost of lost water or chemicals, or any other damages that may occur.

This product arrived in a timely manner and seems quite durable. Time will tell how long it lasts. It is bigger than I needed but was the only thing I could find so will cut it to fit
